CONDICIONES DE PAGO Y RESERVA
1. PROCESO DE RESERVA
Una vez realizada la solicitud de reserva, el cliente dispone de 24 horas para confirmar su reserva mediante el enlace que recibirá por correo electrónico. Si no se confirma en ese plazo, la reserva será cancelada automáticamente.
2. PAGO DE FIANZA (50%)
Una vez confirmada la reserva, el cliente deberá realizar el pago de una fianza del 50% del importe total mediante transferencia bancaria inmediata:

Concepto: Reserva [Número de reserva] + [Fechas]
La transferencia debe ser INMEDIATA para agilizar el proceso de confirmación.
La fianza se devolverá en un plazo máximo de 7 días tras la salida del alojamiento.
3. PAGO DEL IMPORTE RESTANTE (50%)
El pago del 50% restante del importe total deberá realizarse 3 días antes de la fecha de entrada.
4. POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
- Hasta 15 días antes de la entrada: Cancelación gratuita. Reembolso del 100%.
- Entre 7-15 días antes: Penalización del 20%. Reembolso del 80%.
- Menos de 2 días (48 horas): Penalización del 100%. Se devuelve la fianza pero se pierde el resto del importe.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING PROCESS
Once the booking request is made, the client has 24 hours to confirm their reservation through the link they will receive by email. If not confirmed within this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT (50%)
Once the booking is confirmed, the client must make a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount by immediate bank transfer:

The transfer must be IMMEDIATE to speed up the confirmation process.
The deposit will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after checkout.
3. REMAINING PAYMENT (50%)
Payment of the remaining 50% of the total amount must be made 3 days before check-in date.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 15 days before check-in: Free cancellation. 100% refund.
- Between 7-15 days before: 20% penalty. 80% refund.
- Less than 2 days (48 hours): 100% penalty. Deposit is returned but the rest is forfeited.
